I tried several times to make sure the lid was on tight which it was. When I tried to exchange the tumbler I had to wait for approval from a store manager. The cashier said that a few of those had been returned and are in the back. After picking a new one, I mentioned that I had the cup for two weeks and no problem until today. The cashier then says \"oh it's been two weeks, I can't exchange that.\" In total I waited ten minutes for a cashier to seek assistance and the issue did not get resolved. \n\nThe cashier was friendly and doing her job however I left disappointed."^^ . .
