"I've been a member here since May 2016, I recently moved and tried to cancel my $127/mo membership on 9/05/17.\n\nI was first told it was $299 to cancel, then told they'd waive it after asking what the fee was for. Then I'm told I have to give 30 day notice, ok 9/05/17 via email, Done. Then I'm told I need an exit interview, um ok, 9/27 had my interview with Sara. She was going to look into the availability of a shower at another location, I never heard back. \n\nOn 10/02 I get a reminder that my full payment of $127 is due so I asked for a pro-rated amount and was told they don't have one. I was then told during my email cancellation the owner changed the policy to their advantage of course and i need to pay for October even though I was never told on 9/05 or at my exit interview that this was the case.\n\nNow they can backdate my cancellation to 9/27 because my paperwork on 9/27 was completed incorrectly but not back to 9/05.. What a joke!! The members here are amazing .. the customer service sucks and you're reminded it's all about the money $$.. don't get sucked into the monthly fee and then the extra fees to join all the challenges .. \n\nConvenient that the cancellation policy was changed mid-month to benefit the company and too bad for the customer."^^ .
