I have been there before in the evening and was completely ignored---no acknowledgement or \"hi\" from the greeter, 4 sales associates walked by me. I didn't realize I was wearing an invisible suit. As someone who is a little intimidated to buy makeup when there are a gazillion things to choose from, I NEED HELP! I ended up leaving with no assistance, no products purchased. I tried going there again a couple days after in the early afternoon and was greeted immediately upon entering the store. After standing in front of the Nars makeup section for about 2 mins, a very nice sales associate asked me if I needed any help. YES PLEASE! I told her I was looking for concealer and wasn't sure what my colour was. To make a long story short, the first colour she choose was exactly my shade. Lined up to pay and off my merry way I went. I wish I had a positive shopping experience every time I came here."^^ . "1"^^ .
