Another time I had to wait an hour for an online order because nobody would answer a page to bring my item up front. Another time I went to the front desk to pick something up, and said \"hi\" to the woman at the pick-up desk. She just stood there and glared at me like I had abused her.\nToday I gave it another try because I REALLY needed something important. I submitted the order at 11 am. By the time I got of work it had been 8 hours and the order was still pending. \nI went in to ask about it, and the first guy told me pickups were closed. Then this other woman barged in and asked, \"Does it say pending?\" I said it did. \"THEN IT ISN'T READY!\" she started yelling at me, like I'd done her wrong. I asked her to cancel the order, since I'd already paid, and she wrote it on a note and said \"next.\" I asked her when she was going to cancel the order, and she said \"When I get around to it. I have other customers.\"\nSomething is really very wrong with this place.
