I've gone to the location at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA many times, as I've come here as well.\n\nThe service is always friendly and attentive.\n\nThe food is always excellent.\n\nThe prices, well... they're on par with a top notch steakhouse, and expect to pay about $50-100 per person on the steak a la carte, then add in any sides, appetizers, salad, desert and/or drink, and it's easily a $100-200 per person meal.\n\nI always get the American Wagyu New York Steak.\n\nI've had the Japanese Wagyu beef before, which is sort of like Kobe Beef, and is a bit too rich, and the marbleized texture is a bit too oily for me to indulge in more than 2 oz. It's good, much like how Toro (Fatty Tuna) is tasty, but something you can't eat too much of. Whereas the American Wagyu is awesome and a perfect notch above standard American NY Steaks, the Wagyu is tender and flavorful, and I recommend getting it done \"medium rare\"\n\n It's located in the shopping corridor between The Palazzo and the Venetian towards the entry of The Palazzo."^^ .
