Instead of enjoying my experience of buying a new phone, I felt like I was confused and scared to ask her any questions. I believe her name was Ardell or something like that. She seemed nice at first but since I had a lot of questions (signing a contract for a new phone can be confusing and pricey) she quickly became visibly annoyed with me, even telling me she would only take a product out one last time for me to look at it because I was being indecisive on which product I wanted. When I would ask her a question twice because I was confused, she would rudely say, \"as I JUST finished telling you...\" It really made me uncomfortable to ask anything at all. She also was practically rolling her eyes when I would ask the price of each item, she would even say, \" that item is priced just like the other ones\", instead of just nicely informing me of the price. Worst of all, when it came to me signing the contracts, she did not read out the contracts to me and did not show me the break down of everything before I signed anything. She just had me sign a few things electronically that said I saw the contract and understand the terms. When I told her I had not seen the contract yet, she snappingly said, \"I just explained everything to you and I'll show you at the end.\" I should have pushed to have everything printed out but I was just so shaken up by her rudeness that I wanted it all to be over. After I got home I regretted not having everything I signed in writing, since this is something I will be paying for over two years. I went to the store the next day and talked to a manager, Fatima, who was absolutely terrible and worst than the associate! She refused to give me anything that I signed, I was shocked. I decided to call AT&T first before returning my phone. The woman I talked to was very helpful and she expressed that she was shocked the manager wouldn't give me a copy of what I had signed. She quickly sent me an email with all of the information I needed and apologized for the store's behavior. I gave her the manager's name so hopefully they can do some serious retraining or change their staff because the way the employees treat their customers is outrageous.
