They downgraded me to a smaller room without giving me a cheaper price. They did give me $75 food & beverage credit and waived the parking. Upon checking out I was told to press for assistance at the parking garage and let them know to charge to the room. That's how they would waive the parking. The parking garage assistant DARNISHA was the rudest most unprofessional, ghetto, incompetent employee! I can't believe Caesar's Palace would hire or be affiliated with someone of that nature! She refused to waive the fee and was very rude! I had to call the front desk and they conferenced her in to let her know to let us out. The manager told her that I would just have to give her my name and she would just let us out. I drive back down the ramp and pressed for assistance and she didn't answer! I got out of my vehicle and pressed every single \"press for assistance\" button until she answered! After a good 5 minutes someone answered and just let me out. This is my first and last time staying here. This left a bad taste in my mouth! I will just continue to stay at MGM Resorts."^^ . "0"^^ . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ .
