"THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN!!!\n\nOn Friday, April 10, 2015, I received a call from our Verizon store saying our pre-ordered Samsung Galaxy S6 phones had arrived and we could come in to get all four of them set up. GREAT! Only downside was we had to wait for my husband to get off work at 7pm and the store closed at 8pm.\n\nHere's where it gets awesome. My entire family walked into the Verizon store at 7:15pm and our rep, Marco, greeted us with a big grin on his face. You just have to love a rep who's still smiling after such a gruelingly long day and he's STILL in a positive mood!\n\nBeing that we had four phones to set up - in a nutshell - it took quite a long time and Marco stayed well past closing time to help us set up and pay for all of our phones. One hour past closing time to be exact. Now THAT'S customer service. \n\nThank you Verizon for hiring this young man! I'm pretty sure we are now Verizon customers for life if all the stores can provide the high level of customer service Marco showed to us."^^ . "5"^^ . "1"^^ . "1"^^ .
