He said I would not lose anything it was all backed up on the cloud. WRONG! They are uneducated young people folks..  run don't walk! Cost me thousands of $$ in lost his contacts.\n\nTo top it off he didn't even finish the process. Most likely because he realized the mistake. Handed the Note 8 back to me as soon as he hit the factory reset button.
