When the employee asks me what I specifically want cleaned I tell them the front window and floors throughly cleaned. I end up with streaky windows and water spots as well as crumbs still on the floor. I do of course tip but to end up getting less than superior service makes me now go out the way  to the location on Fort Apache and Charleston.\n\nUpdate: the general manager personally reached out to me to rectify the situation which was greatly appreciated. He was able to turn the previous experience around! My car is now looking super clean and I will continue to come here from now on!!!
