Ropa was a a pot roast like with slightly spicy oily shredded beef. Corn bread was crispy on the outside with a soft chewy inside. Mashed potatoes was smooth and lumpy with flavor. All desserts are very rich. Will prob want to share after dinner. \n\nEnvironment: clean and modern. Outside is is cute with a center Fountain.
