I have tried the buffet before & i liked the top quality of the food items there. This time I was totally disappointed. The dinner buffet cost about $50 per person. The employees at the front desk were very courteous & brought us to the table without too much of a wait. However when I went to the buffet station, I was disappointed. The crab legs are cold, icy cold with chunks of ice on top of it. Looks like they just came out of the freezer & just starting to defrost. It tastes exactly like frozen produce & not at all tasty. The sushi station is pathetic; I tried the salmon sushi & could hardly taste any salmon. The Peking Duck bun is a joke, a wafer thin roasted duck skin in a bun filled with hoisin sauce. I actually had to open the bun to locate the roasted duck skin. It's so minute that it's almost invincible to the naked eye. \nThe prime rib was ok. In fact most of the buffet dishes are less than satisfactory. I did enjoy the fish (not the salmon) & the deserts station were pretty good. It definitely is not worth the $50 price tag."^^ . .
