After the free health check examination of the unit it was determined the head was bad. The Dyson team fixed it while I waited (20 minutes tops!). The price was very reasonable and the staff were wonderful. The vacuum cleaner used to make a moaning sound when turned off which was due to a loose fitting seal which was fixed at no charge to me as a part of their health check.This is a service center but they also sell every Dyson product at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend the Dyson service center to anyone who needs to have their Dyson products repaired or is in the market for a Dyson product. The lady who was waiting when I got there had her vacuum cleaner fixed at no charge. Wow! I am impressed."^^ .
