They are helpful and nice.\nHere is the bad:\nI know the ladies up front are not treated well! I empathize and treated them with respect. Unfortunately, I was not treated respectfully back. I was quoted $600 on the phone, initially. When I got there it was $750. I was told \"I didn't say it was a wisdom tooth, I said it was a molar.\" Why would I not say it was wisdom tooth? I am in my 40's. I thought it was crazy that all of a sudden I had a wisdom tooth at my age. The front staff offered to ask the doctor how much it should be. I just agreed. I didn't know what else to do, at that point. The other administrator came back and told me it was now, $800!\nI asked her why I was quoted $600, when I made the appointment, then $750 two minutes prior?\nShe told me \"the doctor says $800 and it would have never been $600 because we start at $650.\" I, respectfully assured her that was what I was told. She told me \"I was wrong.\" She was rude and aggressive. I told her this happened three years ago when my son had his four wisdom teeth out. It went from $1200 to $2400.\nAnd the same story. I was told I was wrong and would never have been told that price. That resolved by their office re-billing my, then, insurance.\nIt's just a shame that the pricing is not honest and their quote is not kept. The front has a difficult job being kind and accountable. \nI understand people can be unreasonable and nasty to them. I believe everyone is a human, first and treat people with humor and kindness. I wish them the best, but insinuating that your patients lie isn't ok."^^ . "0"^^ . . . "2016-11-02T00:00:00"^^ . . "0"^^ .
