"I'll never go back!\n\nIn a moment of foolishness, I told my wife that we'd get a new car when she got a promotion. Three weeks later she had it and I had to go car shopping.\n\nI've never purchased a car from a dealer, only private party sales, and ABC Nissan was my first dealer experience. It was awful. We were looking at a two-year-old XTerra. We drove it a bit and it seemed fine, so off to the sales area. And it was just 'round and 'round with these people. The salesperson would suggest a price and I'd say it was fine. My wife wanted the car, I wanted out, so I was pretty agreable. The couple of beers I'd had at Oregano's before car shopping probably helped, too. So the salesperson would suggest a price, we'd agree, and then he'd take it out of the room to talk to the manager, only to come back with a different price. I'd remind him that _he_ suggested the price, so that was the price we'd like. Manager again. Back and forth. \"Well, if you buy the warranty, we could probably go with that price.\" On and on. They just wore me down. Had my wife not been there, heart set on the stupid car, I would've left.\n\nWe finally concluded all the paperwork. The car had been washed and we were ready to go. We got to the door and the salesman started removing the wireless door opener from the keyring. I asked about it and he told me it wasn't included, and that we'd have to go to the parts department to order one for about $100. \n\nWhat an insult! Our daughter gets her license this summer and needs a car. I won't shop anything on Camelback Rd just because of ABC."^^ . "2009-05-06T00:00:00"^^ . "1"^^ . . "1"^^ . . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
