I was either told they wouldn't install a customer's parts, or the quote was higher than my dealership as soon as they knew I drive a luxury vehicle. \n\nMike @ Panda Auto responded to my msg on Yelp. He gave me a fair cost for installing the parts. I sent him a picture of the parts. He explained the aftermarket parts would not be good for my particular vehicle. He asked why I needed to replace the rotors, he could resurface my rotors instead. He then gave me a quote for a genuine part replacement. I told him I'd get the genuine part myself. I asked for the labor cost to install the genuine parts & resurfacing the rotors. His labor cost remained the same as initially quoted. Mike politely asked what day I'd want to come in. I made an appointment for Fri (3 days later). \n\nMike was professional, affordable, polite. But that was via Yelp. I was curious how things would be in person. Arrived on Fri & Mike was at front desk. I checked in w/ him & handed him the brakes. It took 1hr 30 mins to be done, but the shop looked nice, pleasant & comfortable. There were Netflix, chargers for Android & Iphone. The toilet was also right there. Time went by fast watching a movie while waiting for my car.\n\nCar was now done. Mike showed me the old brakes & explained more about it. I appreciated it because I'm a woman who is very detailed. I am also big on customer service & cost. Mike was just the right person to take my car to. He was also professional, polite & affordable in person. He even gave me 10% off for mentioning Yelp. He offered 2 year/24k miles warranty as well.\n\nI was very pleased with Mike for his affordability, professionalism, patience & exceptional customer service. I highly recommend Panda Auto.
