I ordered the Kurbisleichen which means pumpkin corpse in German, and it was a very tasty pumpkin ale that everyone in our group enjoyed. We were also pleasantly surprised they had free live music that night. I'm not sure how often or when they do have live music, but we very much enjoyed the guys that were playing.\n\nWhat I like best about this place is the space and atmosphere. It is a old garage they converted into a brewery with warm wood decor. They have a great dog friendly outdoor patio that is very inviting. Grab your pup, a beer, and a card game and you will feel like you are hanging out in your friends backyard. Off to the side there is a giant party room which would be great to rent out for your next party. It is so nice and big you could have a wedding or a company party in that room. I believe its 5000 square feet and seats up to 100 people.\n\nForest City does have a food menu, but it is very small and limited. I haven't tried anything off the food menu so I can't review. I actually brought in my own Jimmy John's sandwich to eat while drinking there because they don't mind! I love breweries that allow you to bring your own food, or encourage you to order from nearby restaurants to bring in with you. The bartender told me that Sainato's down the street has good Italian and pizza and they will deliver your food right to the brewery! Might have to do that next time :)\n \nI'll be back again with my pup when the weather is nice so we can hang out on that amazing outdoor patio :D"^^ . "8"^^ .
