"I wish I could give Tranquil Star Spa zero stars...\n\nSeth, the owner of the spa (who is also the masseuse) has only two beds, so the availability is extremely limited. He also does not have an answering service, so it is nearly impossible to book an appointment. No matter what day or time, all client calls go directly to his cell phone voicemail, never to a person, and it takes him about a day to return the call. After playing phone tag with him many times, I decided to communicate with him through email, thinking it'd be easier to schedule an appointment. \n\nHis response email explained that, despite the pick-up in volume due to the Groupon, it is \"not yet economically sound\" for him to hire a phone rep. He also said he could not get us in until FEBRUARY, which is unfortunate, since my brother and I wanted to go together to celebrate our birthdays - which were in early November. His only suggestion was: \"You may want to go ahead and return the Groupon vouchers.\"\n\nThat's exactly what my brother, friends and I did. We have all returned our Groupon vouchers and will definitely not be giving our business to such a poorly run spa. There are plenty of other wonderful massage places in the valley who actually appreciate the business."^^ . "1"^^ . "4"^^ . "0"^^ .
