"Much to my own disappointment, I was required to go back to the service department here to have additional work done on my throttle since it is now under warranty. Not that I didnt try to go to another mechanic first. :)\n\nI spoke with Mario when I came him and he immediately directed me to the Customer Service Manager, Laroyne. He was disappointed in the service I had previously received and did everything he could to make sure that my return visit was nothing like the first. He stayed in constant communication with me through the repair process. It is unfortunate that the manager had to get involved in ensure that I had a good experience."^^ . . . "2"^^ .
