And whether they are part of USW or previously PACE, they are always the Oil, Chemical, and Atomic Workers (OCAW) to me.\n\nAs a member of \"Management\" and considering the type of work I do, my relationship with my Union colleagues can be complicated, sometimes spirited, and often satisfying. As a result, I firmly believe that without the Union, my Plants would be a much more dangerous place to work. I also know that some things like my health insurance, safe working conditions, and other benefits that I sometimes take for granted were first won at the bargaining table.
