. "1"^^ . . "I've lived at this place for three years now and the last six months have been absolutely awful, even a hazardous living situation that last couple weeks. It wasn't always so awful, not perfect, but it was bearable. Due to work, school, ect. my brother and I didn't want to pack up and move. If I could give this place a zero star rating you bet I would. In the time we've been here management has changed and I can't even tell you how inconvenient that was. When we first moved in we were showed a unit that looked pretty great and when we signed the lease and moved into ours, it was nowhere near what we were expecting or showed. There were many issues with the apartment when we first moved in but we made it through and moved on with life. We had problems with our AC unit leaking multiple times (one time there was a giant bubble in our ceiling about to pop) and it took them forever to come and fix it. And they didn't even fix it, they basically put plaster over it and called it good. It was like putting a Band-Aid over a wound at best. Getting a hold of anyone at the office is a hassle, the gate has barely worked the entire time I lived there, there are cops/choppers in the neighborhood frequently and the children running around are absolute little heathens. We've had them throw rocks at the windows of my place and cause so many other problems. The parents never do anything. Within the last couple months we've had our water turned off at very inconvenient times for \"maintenance purpose\" and I could understand it happening once or so, but it seems like it's off once a week. Now to the grand finale, the reason we finally left. Within nine days we had TWO floods that covered our laundry room, kitchen, closet and part of the living room. The second time it happened the smell was awful and the sewage water was so deep. Each flood, it took them hours to come and fix and then longer still to clean up. It was a whole ordeal and dealing with April at the front desk was a nightmare. I'll admit my brother and I were probably a little rude but to be fair our whole day was ruined, we had to throw out some possessions that were covered in sewage water and April wasn't being helpful. When we expressed how hazardous and inconvenient everything was we were given no help, and when we mentioned how we had to move my cat out of the place and board them we were told \"we don't have any record of you having pet.\" A: NOT THE PROBLEM. and B. We paid our $300 deposit and we were paying pet rent. I don't know if things got messed up when new management came in but that is not our problem. Next thing we know we were told we could break our lease without penalty and get a refund of our rent with 10-14 days since we just paid it for the month and if we moved out soon. Well, the next day or so when my brother called to get that in writing she told us that she wasn't going to refund our rent because they were nice enough to let us leave early. They are liars and unhelpful, and only care about money. I could go on and on, but the gist if it is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. It's not worth it."^^ . "0"^^ . "0"^^ . .
