Well I called them last week for a issue with my oven, they weren't able to come out for two days... then when they did I was told that the igniter was out and that they had to order the part... and over $400.00 later and 6 Days it was fixed.... I searched on the web and found the part for $103.00..... I didn't realize that it cost $300.00 to install a igniter that took 7 minutes to install.. these guys are a ripoff..."^^ . . "0"^^ .
