I like Honda as a brand, but in the future will go to a less convenient dealership to avoid dealing with this horrible place. Our salesman, Krishesh, was completely incompetent. After our first visit, he clearly wrote as off as people that weren't serious (which was inaccurate) and every interaction after that was painful. \nOnce we showed up for a test drive and he wasn't at all prepared and the vehicle was blocked in by a consumer's vehicle who couldn't be found. We ended up leaving without doing the test drive. Another time we showed up a test drive, the vehicle we were there to test drive had been sold several days earlier and Kris hadn't bothered to tell us. He refused to give us the pricing structure of the extended warranty over email, so we had to go out to the dealership only to be given a piece of paper that could have easily been sent to us. The day we went to pick up our vehicle, we had a 9am appointment and Kris made us sit around for 50 minutes (even though he was informed we were there immediately by the reception desk) only to tell us our vehicle wasn't actually even ready. I called the manager after this and got his voicemail; I said we didn't want to deal with Kris anymore and to please have us work with someone else. The manager never even bothered to call me back. \nAbout a week ago, Kris emailed, asking me to post a review on google of him. We made him aware at the time of how dissatisfied we were with his service, which he had clearly forgotten about - another example of his incredible inattention to detail.
