VERY clean, no question about that.  Two private rooms for waxing, everything a salon should be except......the employees and owners (Michael & Amy) are HORRENDOUS other than Linda (who I haven't had do any of my services but chat with every time I'm there and she is super sweet and friendly) and Kares who is my sole technician.  She does my nails, pedicures and waxing and I only will see her.  If she ever leaves this spot, I'm following her!  And I can guarantee that I am one of MOST of the clients that will follow Kares wherever she goes!\n\nAs for the nail stations, exactly what they should be and the pedicure stations just FINALLY got upgraded and I have to admit they aren't half bad.  To be honest I prefer my pedi foot soak to be in a plain plastic tub as opposed to the fancy chair/stations as they are inherently always cleaner and less chance of contamination through the jets, filters, lines, pumps etc (as I don't care how 'well' you clean - it is never clean enough) but these are cool because for the first time I've been in one of these fancy chairs it actually can 'massage' my back properly (I'm petite and short).  But I still don't really like those chairs.\n\nTheir loyalty card is awesome - make sure you get one and get it stamped everytime!\n\nWhen I first started going there it was because of their product - Bio Seaweed Gel as it is the best gel nail I've seen.  This is coming from a woman who had acrylic nails and ONLY acrylic for over half her life.  But I made the switch.  That being said there is a good assortment of colours however they just got new shipments in of the 'builder' and I do NOT like it at all.  The formula has most certainly changed and the new stuff BURNS my nails (and I've heard that from many other clients).  Thank GOD I bought all my own supplies a long while ago and can use my stuff as I would be running away!  Can't keep a loyal following with sub-par ownership, sub-par product and idiotic employees that can't do a thing.\n\nIF you are going here and want nails (other than just mani/pedi) call and book KARES only - if you want just mani/pedi book Linda.
