Pulled into the parking, and looked over the exterior. Nice sign, area looked clean, and the sign was lit. Good start. I walked in and one gentleman was seated in an overstuffed couch, and a young man was at the counter by the register. He gave me the once over and asked how I was doing, then went back to his task at hand. I entered the walk in humidor to peruse the wares. After a few minutes allowing me time to survey the goods that were neatly arranged, the young man came in and asked of what help he could be to me. I told him the types/names of the cigars I preferred. My rule is when out of town to never buy cigars I knew I liked, instead relying on the knowledge and guidance of the local tobboccanist to lead me on a new adventure in cigars. The young man (whom I later learned was Sam, the proprietor) gave me two suggestions, of which I chose one. Upon exiting the humidor, I used his excellent table cutter, selected a fine beverage from his refrigerator, and commandeered a comfortable seat in which to enjoy my totally unknown to me cigar. Sam's recommendation was spot on. My phone was getting low and needed charging, he even had a charger for me to use. I spent two thoroughly enjoyable hours at Fine Ash, chatting with Sam and other guest. Sam simply does not have customers, rather they are guest, and made to feel so. My vacation ends at 0600 the 11th of January. I will return prior to my flights departure. Without places like Fine Ash, and people like Sam, cigar smoking is but merely burning dry leaves."^^ .
