Front office staff is fast and thorough. After filling out the necessary forms, my wait was less than ten minutes. Subsequent visits have resulted in the same short wait time. My doctor is Dr. O'Toole. My first visit was for chronic back pain and Dr. O'Toole asked all the right questions and prescribed medication to ease the pain. She made a referral for an MRI (that's where a star gets deducted-the referral process) and a few weeks later evaluated the results with me. Another referral to a pain clinic of which my appointment is in a couple of days. I've got a feeling this is just something I'm gonna have to live with but we'll see. \n\nDr. O'Toole is on top of her game. She's reviewed my history and set up blood tests (they do that in the same building) and made another referral for a colonoscopy (damn). The blood tests came back within 24 hours and I could review those results on their portal (JCLMYCHART.com). Pretty nice, it shows you all of your visit results, medications, appointments etc. So, within 24 hours, Dr. O'Toole requested a blood sample, evaluated those results and prescribed the appropriate medication for high cholesterol (damn).\n\nI expressed my dissatisfaction with Dr. O'Toole regarding the lack of response from the referral department as well as hearing back from her assistant in a timely fashion. She was concerned and it sounded like she'll do what she can to rectify the problem areas.\n\nOverall, very pleased with my new doctor and assuming I survive a colonoscopy, high cholesterol and the back of a 95 year old dock worker, I'll continue to visit Arcadia Family Clinic and Dr. O'Toole."^^ .
