The location is safe and we haven't had any safety concerns with the complex itself. The Pointe up through 16th Street is a great area with plenty of entertainment and downtown PHX close by. \n\nThe price is reasonable and the few maintenance issues we have had were taken care of within a day. The staff is always friendly, helpful and easy to work with. The heated pool during the cooler months is also a nice plus."^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
