A few of their special rolls were delicious but almost every item was poorly constructed. It almost seemed like sushi rice wasn't used. All rolls and Nigiri fell apart as soon as they were lifted off the plate. \n\nI know that all new businesses go through their growing pains so I'm hoping quality will be addressed.
