Hotel was old and furniture in the rooms was old and worn out. All the seat cushions were broken down, stained, and uncomfortable. Made a list of things I thought were bad. We paid $200/nite for this???. Outrageous! Next time we are in Charlotte, we will will stay elsewhere. Can not recommend this hotel.\n\n1. No dinner dining in hotel, just the bar is open. The restaurant in the hotel closes at 2pm. However, overpriced room service was available until midnight! Hmmmmm....\n2. Moldy, musty smell throughout the hotel, once in awhile we would smell car exhaust probably from the attached parking garage coming through the vents.\n3. No fridge. We had to call and they delivered one to the room, sat it on the floor, and left.\n3. No daily linen change in rooms. If you want clean linens and towels every day you need to request it. (For $200 a nite I EXPECT clean linens every day without having to ask for it)\n4. No complementary breakfast. Not even a donut!\n5. No free WiFi. Cost is $10/day and you have to log in every day with your room number because it expires after 24 hrs.\n6. Poor quality fuzzy cable tv. Got better reception using apps on my iPad.\n7. Weird cascading, waterfall type water faucet in the bathroom. The 4\" wide spout splashed water all over the counter, the floor, and me, and made it difficult to fill the steam iron, cups, water glasses, etc. bathroom was also small and cramped, even for a small person.\n8. No exhaust fan in the bathroom\n9. Bathroom door also had a hook-type door knob that kept hooking my sleeves or my arm as I pass by. ouch!\n10. Leaky shower door"^^ . "0"^^ . .
