Steve came to look at it and said he would send a service man out.  After almost a month of waiting the \"service man\" turned up and proceeded to beat my carpet with a hammer where the seam was.  I could not believe my eyes.  I thought carpet beating went out with the 18th century. No one has called back to see if I am satisfied.
