Guess maybe its the \"chain\" thing but the food quality while OK is simply not impressive. \n\nStaff seem under-trained and unprofessional talking to each other behind the counter and using language that is not appropriate for children. \n\nTheir coffee is OK I guess but I can do better at home - The \"Cheddarhead\" sandwich I ordered was hot but simply not cooked thoroughly and was extremely greasy.
