The staff is nice and not bothersome ( which is very important lol). We stayed on the 53 floor which the highest before the penthouses. \n\nFood: There is room service but on the expensive side /$1 dollar service fee and 19% gratuity fee. But no worries You can easily take the sky tube to palms casino to eat at more affordable places.
