"I brought my Sasha(Mini Cooper) at Carmax in 11/14. I decided to buy the extended warranty with them since the manufacturer warranty will expired at 50,000 miles! \nThis week Wednesday, Sasha went in due to the engine light.. Dropped it off at 8:30am. They called to tell me the gasket need to be replaced, parts need to be order and it's under the extended warranty. However, they need to keep my car til Friday. And if I need a rental, they can arrange that for me. Perfect.. I picked up my rental from Nissan which is down the street from CarMax., \nI anticipated my car won't be done til Friday so I booked myself heavily at work on Thursday. They called Thursday afternoon to say it's done. I said I'm sorry but you told the car won't be done til Friday so I won't get off work til 7pm and won't be there til 7:30, plus I still have to return the rental. They said no worries, Carmax closes at 9pm and I can drop my rental off at Carmax instead of Nissan. And someone will transport the rental back the next day. And my Sasha have been washed! Which wasn't that great since there's still bird poos everywhere. \nI'm grateful for the setup. The customer service was very tentative thru out the whole process.
