I was selling my AZ home and out-of-state and all I had to do was send Tev the inspection sheet and he completed all the work and passed the follow up inspection. He replaced the entire electrical panel and a ton of other items and was by far the most competitive on price. His work is of outstanding quality and Tev is super friendly and a pleasure to work with.\n\nHe completed all of this work for $4,500 and only required $1,500 down payment. TEV IS AMAZING. PERIOD.\n\nCOMPLETE MAIN PANEL CHANGE OUT: \n\nRemove old meter and panel outside in back of house and replace with new all-in-one overhead feed panel with 200-amp main breaker. \nEXPOSED WIRE ENCASED IN CONDUIT: \nAll exposed wiring to be encased in conduit. \nEXTERIOR WATER PROOF COVER: \nExterior receptacle has an improper waterproof cover and will be replaced with correct in-use cover. \nUNGROUNDED OUTLETS: \nAll exterior and interior outlets are ungrounded and will be corrected. \nMAIN BREAKER SHUT OFF: \nMain Breaker Shut Off for home will be installed. \nPROTECTIVE COVER AND OPENINGS IN PANEL: \nProtective cover and open slots in panel will be covered to prevent injury. \nELECTRICAL GREASE: \nElectrical grease to be added to aluminum breaker connections. \nCHECK OUT MAIN PANEL AND SUB-PANEL FOR SAFETY: \nLicensed electrician to check out main panel and sub-panel for safety and make necessary corrections. \n50-AMP BREAKER NEEDS GROUND: \n50-amp breaker is ungrounded and needs correction. \nDOUBLE TAPPED TERMINALS: \nMake corrections to all double tapped terminals. \nCAP EXPOSED WIRING: \nCap all exposed wiring. \nNEUTRAL & GROUND BONDED IN SUB PANEL: \nMake corrections to sub panel so that neutral and ground are not bonded together. \n80% RECEPTACLES INSIDE ARE UNGROUNDED: \n80% of the receptacles in the home are 3 prong but ungrounded. Make repairs including GFCI receptacles. \nUNCOVERED J-BOX IN ATTIC: \nInstall cover plate on j-box over the garage to protect the wiring.
