"I decided to give this place a shot because its the only makeup store in the mall where i work (well, for now at least.) Wow. As a first timer, this was seriously the worst service i have ever experienced.\nLet's start off with the first time i stepped foot into the store. No one greeted me, the staff looked at me and basically ignored me. I wanted some help and opinions, but they just stood behind the register and weren't engaging with any of their customers. I let it go, i bought a few items including a brow pen. \nToday, i decided to return the brow pen because i found a pencil that i thought would last longer at another store. The receipt did say i could return it if i hadn't used it, which i hadn't. I walked in to return it and a woman by the name of 'Yamaguchi' was helping me. I'm not sure if she was the manager, but wow was her service absolute shit. She asked it i used it, i replied no, it was still sealed in the packaging. She took it out and examined it TWICE. Even wrote on a paper with it to make extra sure i guess and reluctantly gave me my money back with a shit attitude. \n\nIt was such an awkward experience and i will never be shopping there again just for that.
