The price point is fair ($24/person for lunch on the weekdays), the variety is vast, and the quality is superior. As a pescatarian, my food options are more limited than most others, but they have a great selection of food for me (more so than Caesar's Palace) and boy, do I love the sushi service! Although their selection of cut rolls is limited (most contain imitation crab meat), they serve poke (both salmon and spicy tuna) and made-to-order hand rolls during dinner time - I've never had this sort of luxury at a buffet before! To top it off, they even serve caviar to make you feel like you're part of the 1%. Aside from the sushi, there's a salad station, Asian station, pizza station, carving station (prime rib for lunch, beef Wellington for dinner - my boyfriend's favorite), and a variety of seafood (including a station for shrimp cocktail and crabs), among others. They also have a great selection of desserts, from macarons to eclairs to creme brulee (my personal favorite!). I simply cannot name all of the options they have because the variety is so vast, but I am drooling thinking about the last time I dined there.\n\nSurprisingly, there wasn't a line the 2 times I've gone, but wait is much shorter and more enjoyable than the one at Caesar's Palace. Moreover, the service was super friendly and attentive. I would highly recommend this buffet to anyone visiting Vegas!"^^ .
