In July I had a problem with the screen...a line running down the middle of it. I took it in to have it repaired. They use Geek Squad to do repair work. When I talked with them, they said they would send it in for repair and it would be 1-2 weeks.\nOn week 3 we started calling....no one had even looked at it. We contacted Best Buy but they said there was nothing they could do. I work from home on my computer and EIGHT WEEKS later, I broke down and bought another computer! Every time I talked to them they told me there was nothing they could do.\nI finally got my computer back, but it cost me several weeks work, and a new computer to get back online. Learned a very expensive lesson...never, never, never again. Best Buy lost my business, my husband's business, and because I worked with technology at a school district and get lots of questions about what what type and where to buy, I'm thinking they just lost a lot of teachers' business also."^^ .
