I booked an appointment via there website and even received an confirmation email... Then confirmed the appointment... The next day I went to my supposed appt and no one was there!!! I waited for a while  yelled hello and someone heard me.. The nice young lady who came out said that the last appt that was booked was at 3pm!!!!!! \n\nI showed her my confirmation email and her response was \"wow ma'am I'm sorry but we never received that all of our stylists are gone.. I'm so sorry\".... \n\nI am not upset or anything but that just goes to show you the kind of business they are running... \n\nPlease ladies fix this flaw you have with your appointment system!"^^<http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema#string> .
