But when I finally got around to it, the donuts did not disappoint.... but the customer service did.\n\nI went very early before work, shortly after they opened, and there was already a line. When I got to the counter, several flavors were already sold out. From there, I had the intimidating task of picking a dozen to fill my box..... without any labels to assist me in identifying what was what. I asked the young woman at the counter for help, and she was clearly annoyed and rushed me quite rudely.\n\nI had been excited to pick out their famed unique flavors as a gift for my husband on a special occasion. Instead, I felt pressured to just hurriedly pick based on looks and get out, not really knowing much about what I was getting, and ended up with some duds... flavors and surprise fillings that had I known what they were, I would've known he wouldn't like them and avoided picking them.\n\nAt Jack Frost's premium donut prices, I expect much friendlier and helpful service. (And surely labels are a simple, easy fix?) So while the donuts we did like were tasty, I honestly have no desire to wake up that early for another unpleasant customer service experience."^^ . . .
