"This hotel is the worst I have ever had to deal with at Marriott. \n\nI had a family emergency and could not stay at the hotel the night I had booked. \n\nWhen I called to cancel, I spoke with someone from Hotels.com and told them to cancel. \n\nThey said they would and I hung up. A week later a bill for 4 nights was on my CC. \n\nThe hotel management was not willing to even call me back. I had to speak with the hotel GM assit. Who frankly said I was out of luck. Nothing they could do because Hotels.com didn't call them. I wasn't even aware I was speaking with them. \n\nDo not stay at this hotel! Management wont care if they win or even keep your business.
