I was on a business trip and my mother was going to be alone on her birthday and I wanted some beautiful flowers to arive at our home for her while I was gone. I see now that was a huge mistake.\n\nI ordered the Birthday Garden arrangement for my mother because she loves Hydrangas and Gerber Daisies. I ordered the \"BEST\" arrangement as I always do when ordering flowers.\n \nNow I have arived home from my business trip and I had an opportunity to see the sad arrangement this company sent her. This arrangement was barely bigger than a coke can. It included none of the flowers offered nor any flowers of equal value. Beyond that the arrangement I ordered was the largest I could order and had a picture displaying at least 5 roses, 1 large hydranga, 4 gerber daisies and 4 lisianthas. The tiny arrangement that was sent to my home. It was nothing like what was advertised to me when I placed the order! It was a complete bait and switch.\n \nUpon arriving home I called their customer service number. I was hung up on multiple times before I finally got a supervisor and I said I want an explaination as to why I did not recieve the arrangement I ordered she said that because of the coupons and the sales on our website we disregard \"BEST\" and send out flowers on value paid only. This is very interesting and I am sure that this information would be very valuable to all of your potential customers. A few carnations and 2 dying roses is what $60.00 dollars will buy you at this company!\n \nI am on a mission to expose the true business practices of this company, on facebook, twitter, yelp, etc. and I will be relentless!\n \nThey condone this type of service and I am attempting to protect other unsuspecting customers about their style of business."^^ .
