"If I could give ZERO stars I would!\nCalled for their AC tune-up special that is running on the radio.\nOne of the questions they ask when you set the appointment is whether or not you have a home warranty.\nIF you say yes, they will NOT service your AC.\n\nMy home warranty company requires that I get the unit serviced annually. They do NOT offer this service and state that I can use any licensed AC company. \n\nSo the only reason I can think of is that an owner would be less likely to use them to fix the \"extra items\" discovered during the tune-up!
