I asked the store attendant some questions ( the fair skin over-weight lady)my best way to discribe her, which she replied to me but the way she replied sounded scarastic and not customer friendly. I noticed that but I ignored it and moved on, when saying bye and have a good day she replied to me in a soft tone \" alright you too\" she says, as if she really didnt want to answer. First of all she should have been the one to tell me good bye and have a great day to show good customer service.\n\ntHere was a moment when I saw Ricky (one of the hair stylist/owner) and we had a chat hi how are you doing etc. And he made me feel so good as a customer with his big bright smile.\n\nSupporting black businesses is good but not if your workers do not have good customer service and not approachable. I do not think that I am going to purchase from there again I rather look for another black business to support because I really didnt feel happy after cashing out.\n\n\nfrom the Review chick!"^^ .
