The place was clean and throughout my visit they had very clean and updated equipment. \n\nRight at my appointment time I was taken to a consultation-type room and asked health questions. I explained some previous issues from my last dentist. She wrote nothing down. \n\nI was told to watch a welcome video for new patients. She put the video on and left. After a video that offered no valuable information I waited for the actual dentist who came in and greeted me. He asked me the same healthcare questions. He actually noted some of it. \n\nI was then taken back to get X-rays which was semi efficient. She didn't ask until half way through if I was pregnant or not.. I also asked for a full set of X-rays since I hadn't had them in several years. They refused my request. \n\nAfter this I was taken to my chair. At this point the hygienist polished my teeth first. Yes, I got my polish done first. A little backwards, but what do I know?? She laid the cloth across my chest and didn't attach it and sprayed water on my face when rising my mouth out. She kind of apologized. \n\nShe left and came back with the dentist about 15 minutes later and neither really acknowledged me. They proceeded to \"clean\" my teeth together. I have good dental hygiene but not to the point where my cleaning should take less than 5 minutes... But it did!! I hardly felt like my teeth were cleaned. They didn't even floss my teeth! I was flabbergasted!\n\nThe entire time they were cleaning my teeth they never once asked how I was or if I was comfortable. They dentist and his hygienist were discussing their personal lives and events. Laughing and ignoring me. The water was spilling out of my mouth, down the side of my face and into my ear...they took no notice and never wiped it down. There were also times I flinched in pain. The dentist took no notice. \n\nNeedless to say, I had a terrible experience. It seemed very artificial and like they didn't care about me because I wasn't a charity case that they could use for promotion. \n\nOn the final shove out the door I was handed a handful of referral cards to refer people and flyers to \"like\" them on Facebook and give them a good Yelp review for credit on my account. I certainly won't be back so they can keep their account credit. I just felt people should know how they really treat people."^^ . . "2015-10-26T00:00:00"^^ . "2"^^ .
