On new one they forgot (or did by purpose?) to substract rebate. I asked to do third invoice. Nedless to say that all the time they don't answer the phone but strictly by emails. Then, item was not on stock, so they have to made fourth (!) invoice as day of delivery and installation have changed.\n\n On the day of installation nobody called me, neither showed up (and I took half day off, and booked elevator in my buidling what is sort of nightmare). At 7 p.m. a guy called, we to schedule installation in 3 days, totally unfamiliar that they should have came that day. And we agreed on nothing. On all four invoices and two phone talks, they confirmed and guaranteed several times that someone will come after 5 p.m. what I asked nicely. Now this guy said that they don't and never have installed after 5 p.m!! There are no enough words to describe how unprofessional, disorganized and unreliable company! Never again anyhting with them!"^^ . . .
