The staff of CPR could teach Verizon a lesson in cust svc! CPR has the equipment and expertise that allowed them to get my contacts off a phone that doesn't have a sim card. Verizon said the contacts were lost forever, too bad. CPR said sure no problem. They even loaded them onto my new phone. Awesome work guys, thanks!!"^^ .
