"Pass on the service department. \n\nI can't say anything about their sales department, but I will definitely not be coming back. \n\nBrought my vehicle here first thing in the morning for a regular maintenance, 2 recalls, and 2 mechanical complaints. About an hour before they closed, they called to tell me that they couldn't reproduce one of my mechanical issues, and the other was \"working as intended\". They also told me that the parts needed for one of the recalls was ordered, and they would call me when they arrived to pick them up. \n\nOk, so you had my car for a whole day and managed to complete 2 of the 5 concerns. In their defense, they did tell me that I could bring the car back and go on a test drive with a technician in the vehicle (of course, they could have called me and told me that, and I would have happily came back earlier that day to do so). Adding insult to injury, they also told me that they washed the car when I picked it up .. which they most certainly did not. \n\nI decided to wait a few days and take them up on the test drive when the parts were in and I had to bring the car back anyways. A month later, that call still hasn't been made. A week or so after the visit, they emailed me with a spam message saying that I declined service recommendations on my vehicle and offered a discount if I brought it back - they never recommended anything, nor did I decline anything. \n\nUnhappy, and with my factory warranty about to expire, I took the car to another Chrysler/Dodge dealership in the area and they diagnosed both complaints within minutes and took the car to the shop. A few hours later, they replaced a switch which D215 said was \"working as intended\" and found my vehicle's sealed power steering system was low on fluid. Either D215 lied and didn't inspect the steering on my vehicle as they claimed, or they didn't feel like putting fluid in it (probably because they knew in a month the vehicle would be out of warranty and they could charge me for it then). \n\nEvery time I drive by their dealership, their sign on 215 is advertising that they're hiring \"top notch\" technicians - I guess they're still looking for them. Regardless, I won't be coming back here. Save yourself some headaches and wasted time, and go somewhere else."^^ . "0"^^ . . .
