Never heard back.\nIt seems to me some dealerships hire social media spin doctors to position themselves as if they care for the customer and try to resolve issues. Think about it: when you mess up, do you expect the person you offended and deceived to be the one calling you so you can apologize and resolve the issue or do you pick up the phone yourself and reach out to them ?\nI rest my case.
