I called three times trying to get them to fax me a credit card authorization form for an employee that would be staying there. Today was the third request. I told her that if I didn't have it within the hour, I would cancel it. Well, I waited 2 hours since and still no form. Lori apparently has to call someone at another location to fax it since her machine is broke and was surprised that the guy she called still had not sent it. Odd that a business wouldn't fix their office equipment within a week or two. Even odder is why Lori could not email it to me.
