More importantly, the service was outstanding from the moment we walked in. I would like to commend Latavia for her customer service. I work for a 5 Star property and know what customer service is about been in the industry for 12+ years and she exceeded my expectations. She was very helpful and patient with my family and I. She made recommendations and offered alternatives that we were picky about for instance extra crispy bacon. There was never a dull moment throughout this visit so I would like to say thank you Latavia for welcoming us because we will absolutely be back.
